How long does the initial business consulting, interviews, and strategy planning process take?
Most of our projects range from a couple weeks to several months. However our engagement can and often will continue over the course of several years as we create new goals and objectives to continue the business growth process.
Are their options for in person sessions?
Of course, while we typically can accomplish the creation of a plan, presenting, evolving, and then helping execute the plan remotely via our state-of-the-art conferencing software, we have found that some clients just work better in person. We can discuss those options if you feel an in person engagement would work better for your team.
